Handling Instructions:

Recommended Dosage:

• General Cleaning: Dilute WT-ROC1800 to a 5% to 8% solution for standard cleaning.

Cleaning Process:

1. During the cleaning process, ensure the flow rate does not exceed the design limit, and perform cleaning at low pressure (<60 psi).

2. Allow the membrane to soak in the cleaning solution for a minimum of 60 minutes between recirculations.

3. For multi-stage plants, clean each stage individually. Flush pipes, membranes, and the cleaning tank with chlorine-free water between cleanings.

4. Membrane support structures may temporarily be affected, and it will take 5-24 hours of regular operation for the system to stabilize.
